Caters for	Primary Instrumental Music students in their second year of studying a string instrument
Event type	2 x 2-day non-residential workshop culminating in a concert
Entry	Via online nomination by Instrumental Music teachers
Dates	Monday 3 June and Tuesday 4 June—Windsor SS Wednesday 5 June and Thursday 6 June—Aspley SS
Venues	Your child will be told which venue they need to attend
Activities	Small group tutorials, large ensemble rehearsals, massed choir and physical education
Concert	On the final day of each workshop, entry is free

Caters for	Advanced primary Instrumental Music students who study a woodwind, brass, percussion or string instrument in their school Instrumental Music program
Event type	3-day non-residential workshop culminating in a concert. Students are placed in 2 main ensembles—guest conductors and Instrumental Music teachers work with the students over 3 days
Entry	Via online nomination and selection via DVD audition by a panel of Instrumental Music teachers Auditions due 25 March 2024
Dates	Tuesday 9 July to Thursday 11 July 2024
Venue	Old Music Building, Bowen Hills
Activities	Large ensemble rehearsals and massed choir, secondary ensembles and tutorials
Concert	On the final day, entry is free
