The conference covers all aspects of music education, including instrumental and choral conducting, local curricula, pedagogy, inclusion, indigenous perspectives, technology, resources and more, including a trade exhibition that showcases the latest in products and services.

Trade exhibitors
All exhibitors are housed in a single extensive trade pavilion with ample space. Traders have the option to purchase a single, double, triple or quadruple booth. Outside conference hours, the trade pavilion is protected by on-site professional security officers.
Scheduled time is allocated in the conference program for delegates to peruse trade exhibitor's stands at various times throughout the conference. All trade exhibitors have access to the conference app, which will allow for direct lead capture, promotion of mini presentations and special offers via push notifications, a dedicated page for each exhibitor with your logo/photo, information and contact details, the streamlining of exhibitor prize draws and the involvement of our valued trade partners in the social media activity.
Booth partnering
Single booth only—Trade exhibitors may partner with another company subject to the approval of the conference organisers.
Booth positioning
Although requests will be considered, booth positions will be allocated at the discretion of the conference organisers.
Collateral for satchels
From 2023, to protect the environment and reduce waste, the conference will no longer accept collateral or flyers to be placed in delegate satchels. Trade exhibitors are asked to keep collateral for distribution at their booths during the conference. For other organisations, we encourage advertising through the Conference App (see Advertising opportunities below).
Sponsorship opportunities
The Maryborough Music Conference offers the opportunity to partner with organisations as sponsors for cash or in-kind sponsorship, including supporting presenters and conference sessions, or providing goods and services. All sponsors will have their company name and logo displayed in the print program on the Sponsor page and be included in the Sponsor tab on the Conference App.
