Welcome to the North Queensland region
The North Queensland region provides Instrumental Music programs to students from Years 3 to 12 in the Proserpine, Burdekin, Townsville, Charters Towers, Ingham, Cloncurry and Mount Isa districts.
The North Queensland Instrumental Music (IM) Committee, along with the Instrumental Coordinator provide support and resources to schools and Instrumental Music staff throughout the region. The Instrumental Music Committee meets each term and local principals and Instrumental Music teachers are welcome to attend as observers. Our region participates in a range of local music camps, Eisteddfod, Fanfare, SHEP and Choral Fanfare.
